At the start of the meeting Board Chair Jennifer King called the session to order at 9:04 a.m. A motion by Ellen Grunblatt, seconded by Lisa-Ann Henry, approved the Oct. 27, 2025 minutes. The motion passed with six in favor and one abstention (Holly Cavna).
Under complaint business the board considered two matters. For case 2024-COU-20437, Angela Blier moved and Jennifer King seconded a motion to dismiss the complaint and issue a letter of guidance advising the licensee to work within the scope of their license and consult a supervisor when questions arise; the guidance letter is to remain in the file for two years. The motion passed 6–1 with Holly Cavna recorded as the lone abstention. For case 2025-COU-21016, Angela Blier moved and Ellen Grunblatt seconded a motion to dismiss for lack of evidence of a violation of board laws or rules; that motion also passed 6–1, with Holly Cavna abstaining.
The meeting concluded after director-level announcements and public comment. Holly Cavna moved to adjourn; Lisa-Ann Henry seconded and the motion passed 7–0. The board adjourned at 10:42 a.m.
