The Counseling Professionals, Board of Licensure approved the Oct. 27, 2025 meeting minutes following a motion by Ellen Grunblatt, seconded by Lisa-Ann Henry. The motion passed with six votes in favor and one abstention from Holly Cavna.

For complaint 2024-COU-20437, Angela Blier moved and Jennifer King seconded to dismiss the complaint and issue a letter of guidance advising the licensee to work within the scope of their license and consult a supervisor when questions arise; the board directed that the letter remain on file for two years. For complaint 2025-COU-21016, Angela Blier moved and Ellen Grunblatt seconded to dismiss the complaint due to lack of evidence of violation of Board laws or rules; that motion likewise passed 6-0 with one abstention (Holly Cavna).
