The State Building Commission approved the minutes of its 07/10/2025 meeting by voice vote and heard a set of report items submitted by the Office of the State Architect.
The clerk reported the following items as approved under delegated authority: 8 change orders; 1 proprietary procurement; 3 capital improvements with total project cost under $100,000; 7 capital projects with costs between $100,000 and $1,000,000; 1 alternative delivery method; 1 revision in funding with no change in total project budget; 1 consultant contract amendment; 1 emergency project; and two designer additional-services risk requests. The clerk also presented the quarterly Transportation Improvement Program status report required by the Transportation Reporting Act of 2001.
The commission also removed from the calendar a University of Tennessee bid activity item (AARP P rec Improvements) that had been referred to the Office of the State Architect under delegated authority. The meeting adjourned without further business.
