The Electricians' Examining Board voted unanimously to grant a license to Taylor Pelletier for one licensing cycle and directed board staff to flag the license. The motion, moved by Joshua Baston and seconded by Brian McDougal, carried 5–0.
As part of the action the board required that at renewal the licensee check in with board staff and report to the board. Members also emphasized on the record that hours accrued while incarcerated do not count toward eligibility for an upper licensing type. The board recorded no further restrictions beyond the single-cycle license and administrative flagging.
