Bradley Hamilton moved to approve the Emergency PIC waiver request for RX Associates LLC dba Bangor Drug (PH50001686); Samantha Emmons seconded and the motion was recorded as approved by the named members. Hamilton also moved that Board staff write a letter requesting a substance use evaluation for Destiny Peyro (PT60016794) based on the 10‑day reporting notice; that motion was carried with the members recorded as in favor. The Board did not record additional sanctions beyond the request for evaluation in the minutes.
Board staff will follow usual procedures to document the waiver and to request and track any substance-use evaluation results.
