At the end of the April 2 meeting the Board held elections and heard public comment.
Nicholas Haar moved to re‑elect Eric Norberg as complaint officer and vice president; Bradley Hamilton seconded and the motion carried with all present recorded as in favor. Haar then moved to re‑elect Edward Kane as board president; the motion carried with all present recorded as in favor. During the public comment period, Donna Hyde attempted to comment on a complaint case but President Kane informed her that active cases could not be discussed in public comment. Amelia Arnold urged the board to strengthen audit trails for central‑fill operations and Nichole Cover thanked the board and said she hoped a pending item would be approved soon; the minutes record their remarks but do not show immediate board action in response.
The Board adjourned at 12:57 p.m.
