Maine Lottery to launch 'Millionaire for Life' on Feb. 22; draw sales up 39% YTD

Director Louis Luchini told the Commission a new Maine Lottery draw game, "Millionaire for Life," will replace "Lucky for Life" and go live on Feb. 22. Lottery Marketing Manager Calvin Rinck said the launch will include updated digital, TV, radio, social, website and rules updates tied to the new product.
Luchini reported draw sales FY26 of $58,174,613 versus $41,843,621 in FY25 (an increase of $16,330,992, or 39.03%). He also reported total combined lottery sales FY26 of $261,819,079 versus $242,829,510 in FY25 (up 7.82%). The Commission approved four new instant games presented by Calvin Rinck — $3 WORD GAMES; $5 RED HOT RICHES; $5 $100,000 EMERALD GREEN; and a $10 $50 OR $100 ticket — on a unanimous vote.
