Kendall noted Norris holds a Master of Education in Administration and Technology from Lamar University and multiple Texas certifications.
Kendall said Norris’s experience “aligns directly with the core human capital functions of the HR department” and that she brings a record of sustaining high-performing teams, accountability structures, and work supporting staff retention.
