Council member Scott Thamann responded that he had not heard anything further and did not consider the project a done deal. Mayor Robert “Bo” Bemmes scheduled a Special Council Meeting for Tuesday, March 24 at 7:30 p.m. in Council Chambers for ODOT to present adjustments made in response to public input and for council members to comment. Bemmes emphasized during his report that the "PROPOSED project is not a DONE DEAL." The March 24 meeting is intended to give councilers the chance to question ODOT’s updates and for the public to observe further deliberation.
