Council reviews emergency ordinance to pay CityLink programming bills; $2.675M annual cap cited

Testa described the December bill as roughly $128,000 and said the ordinance’s not-to-exceed annual figure was $2.675 million. “They were subject to a 1.5% late fee in the programming costs for the month,” Testa said while explaining urgency.
President Dan Rospert confirmed the ordinance would be assigned an ordinance number; the clerk recorded Ordinance No. 26-001. The committee did not take a final adoption vote at this meeting; the ordinance was assigned and will return for Council action per the standard legislative schedule.
