Separately, Utilities/Lands & Buildings Chair Mark Bishop described an audio disruption during a prior meeting’s livestream that was eventually traced to a midstream configuration change by Vimeo, the streaming host. Bishop said the system had been properly configured prior to the meeting and that Vimeo updated software and changed the destination address for the audio feed midstream; the full video with audio was restored online the next morning.
