"Administrative recommendation is that the board approve the presented plan that will then be submitted to the commissioner of education for approval," Simpson said. The board voted to approve the plan on the administrations recommendation; the motion was made by Tyler Haines and seconded by Chelsea Salazar, and the motion carried without a recorded roll‑call in the transcript.
