City announces Memorial Day program, May Day parade logistics and Citizens Academy dates

"That first session is going to cover the governing the governing body itself and some finance topics," the city manager said, and he invited council members to attend. The municipal clerk asked council members to confirm parade participation by Wednesday to finalize logistics.
