Board reaffirms officers in secret-ballot election; Kvedaras to remain chair

The Board conducted a secret-ballot election for officers after removing Resolution 26-01 from the consent agenda. General Counsel Therese King Nohos collected and tallied the ballots and announced the results: James Kvedaras will continue as Chair; Stacy Crook will continue as Vice Chair; and Karen Nunn will continue as Secretary. Trustee Angelica Zuniga was selected as the Foundation delegate and Chair Kvedaras will continue as the delegate to the State Civil Service Merit Board.
The minutes record that the voting procedure was administered by General Counsel Nohos and that these officeholders were announced at the meeting; they were recorded in the board minutes as continuing or assigned to those delegate roles.
