The meeting was brief: Chair James Kvedaras called the meeting to order at approximately 11:30 a.m. and read the items on the publicly posted agenda before asking for the vote. The board then moved immediately to adjourn; Trustee Judith L. Mitchell moved to adjourn and Trustee Stacy Crook seconded, and the motion passed unanimously at about 11:42 a.m.
