The Knox County Board voted unanimously Dec. 22 to approve its consent agenda, including the Nov. 24, 2025 minutes and the monthly sales and related tax receipts. Member Robert Bondi moved the consent agenda; Member Jennifer Fredrick seconded and the roll call vote was 14–0 in favor.
In a separate vote the board approved county vouchers in the aggregate amount of $2,971,647.24 and per diem and mileage claims totaling $2,874.70. Chair Jared Hawkinson announced the vouchers and called for roll call; the motion carried 14–0. The approvals followed routine committee review and were accompanied by packet documentation, officials said.
Board members said these items were standard year-end actions that close out fiscal obligations ahead of the new calendar year. The board set its next regular meeting for Jan. 28, 2026 at Galesburg City Hall Council Chambers.
