White Pine CAB backs multiple Commission regulations and administrative items; motions carry unanimously

The White Pine County Advisory Board to Manage Wildlife recorded unanimous support for a package of Commission regulation changes and other administrative actions during its Jan. 14 meeting.
Notable recorded motions that carried with no opposition included support for: Commission Regulation 25-07 Amendment #2 (Big Game Seasons), with a recommendation to remove Unit 164 from Unit Group 131/132 for Hunt 3151; Commission Regulation 26-01 (Spring Turkey and Application Deadlines); Regulation 26-02 (Tag Application Eligibility and Tag Limits); Regulation 26-03 (Dream Tag Seasons and Quotas); Regulation 26-04 (Heritage Tag Seasons and Quotas); Regulation 26-05 (Partnership in Wildlife tags); Regulation 26-06 (Silver State tags); Regulation 26-07 (Black Bear seasons); Regulation 26-08 (Mountain Lion seasons and harvest limits); and Regulation 26-09 (Restricted Non-Resident Guided Mule Deer seasons and quotas). The board also supported Commission General Regulation 529 (Disability Permit Program Revisions) and a generic petition item. The board approved payment of $200 to the secretary and a $924 travel expense voucher and authorized travel for any available CAB members to attend the Commission meeting on Jan. 23–24.
