Jake Rosevear nominated the pair and Ray Sawyer seconded the motion; the board carried the motion with no opposition.
Chairman McVicars called for approval of the meeting agenda and the Nov. 3, 2025 special meeting minutes early in the session; a motion to approve both items was made and carried with no opposition. The re-elections followed a short public comment period and procedural business that moved pre-budget planning earlier on the agenda.
