Lincoln County commissioners approve 2025 and 2026 claims and extend Public Health budget

The Board of Lincoln County Commissioners approved the Jan. 5, 2026 minutes and ordered payment of 2025 claims totaling $219,660.90 and 2026 claims totaling $293,375.98 at its Jan. 20 meeting. The Clerk presented fund-level distributions showing $177,498.05 of the 2025 claims allocated to Current Expense and multiple smaller allocations to funds including LC Broadband Office, Public Health, and LC Tourism.
The Commissioners also adopted Resolution 2026-01 to extend the Public Health budget by $50,000 to accommodate funding that was not known at the time the 2026 budget was adopted. Payroll change notices were approved as presented. The actions were recorded as approved by unanimous vote.
