The board went into executive session at 7:31 p.m. by motion of Jacob Rayl seconded by Wes Pourchot, and returned to regular session at 9:12 p.m. with a motion by Jacob Rayl seconded by Jeff Rehkemper. The meeting adjourned at 9:12 p.m. on a motion by Jeff Rehkemper seconded by Jacob Rayl; roll call votes were recorded as 5 ayes, 0 nays for the session changes and adjournment.
