Commissioners authorize multiple contracts, broadband colocation and signing authority
Summary
The Board approved Amendment #7 to Consolidated Contract CLH32058, a Colocation Master Services Agreement with Intermountain Infrastructure Group LLC, OnBase renewal, and authorized continued out-of-session signing of broadband contracts by the chairman.
During the Jan. 5 meeting the Board approved several contract actions: Amendment #7 to Consolidated Contract CLH32058 was authorized for the Chair to sign electronically; the Broadband Office submitted a fully executed Colocation Master Services Agreement with Intermountain Infrastructure Group, LLC; and the Board authorized Commissioner Scott M. Hutsell to continue signing broadband contracts and agreements out of session.
Information Services Director Keith Nelson presented a renewal for OnBase contract services and the Board authorized the Chairman to sign that agreement. The Auditor also presented the Association of Washington Cities Workers’ Compensation Retro Program participation agreement and the Board authorized the auditor to sign that agreement after review by the Prosecuting Attorney.
