Treasurer Sherrie Huddleston presented the December 2025 and January 2026 financial reports at the Feb. 17 meeting. She reported a General Fund balance of $13,884,848.02 as of Jan. 31, 2026, and total cash in banks and investments of $75,717,306.50. Current tax-roll collections were reported at 67.78% for the tax year in process.
Finance Director Billie-Jo Guevara reviewed accounts payable and payroll items and noted invoices and expenditures including vehicle repairs, behavioral health invoices, generator work, surveying, Universal Waste Systems billing and liens, assessment-software renewals, and EWP construction invoices. The Commission approved the monthly accounts payable and payroll report and remaining consent-agenda items by unanimous roll-call vote.
