Board enters closed session to interview job candidate, later certifies compliance

After completing the closed session interviews, the Board reconvened in open meeting and, by recorded vote, adopted the certification required by Virginia Code §2.2-3712 that only lawfully exempted public business was discussed and that no action was taken in closed session. The Board then adjourned until its next monthly meeting on Jan. 13, 2026.
