Residents raise landfill, clinic, animal control and volunteer squad updates during public comment

The Board heard each comment during the public-comment portion of the meeting and thanked speakers for their input. Staff were asked to follow up on requests to post bylaws and agenda materials online and to clarify landfill oversight and contract questions.
