The City Council on Aug. 27 approved a resolution (Res. 25-70) adopting the Final Map and Subdivision Agreement for Vesting Tract Map No. 6447. The resolution also approved a Right-to-Farm covenant, accepted dedication of right-of-way for public street and utility purposes, and approved annexation into Landscape and Lighting District No. 1. The mayor and city manager were authorized to sign the subdivision agreement and covenants as appropriate.
The motion on the tract map was made by Mayor Pro Tem Yep and seconded by Councilmember Herrera and passed by a unanimous vote (Ayes: Yep, Herrera, Hall, Dhaliwal, Pacheco). The vote record shows no abstentions or noes. The action authorizes staff to complete mapping records and execute necessary agreements for the subdivision.
The minutes record the item under Department Reports (7.A) and list the five specific approvals within the single resolution (final map and subdivision agreement; Right-to-Farm covenant; covenant accepting annexation into Landscape and Lighting District No. 1; acceptance of dedication of right-of-way; authorization for signatures).
