The code states that board members should "adhere to the principle that the public's business should be conducted in the public view" and calls for annual oral review of the principles at the organizational meeting. The motion to approve the Code of Ethics carried unanimously on a motion by Supervisor Stimpson, seconded by Supervisor Saunders.
