The commission also approved a $23,441.03 Courthouse Windows grant entry that the county will pay and later seek reimbursement for, and a $3,000 transfer from Courthouse Contractual to the EMS Fee line in the County Commission budget.
Siler also moved to approve payment of the submitted bills; the commission voted unanimously to pay the bills and to adjourn the meeting. The minutes list these as in-house revisions and routine financial housekeeping; the meeting record does not show additional discussion about impacts on departmental operations or staffing.
