"She recommends that Caleb Pennington be removed as Administrator and the Sheriff of Randolph County be appointed," the record shows.
Herman Yeager, identified in the record as a legal heir, said it was "nice to learn the money from the sale of the house and property was in an escrow account" and that he is the only heir remaining in the state.
