Ronald Knollenberg moved to approve the April board minutes and the May 2025 special board minutes; Adam Sarnes seconded and the motion carried. The consent agenda, which included April reports of the County Clerk and Treasurer and three chairman appointments, was approved on a motion by Kreiling and a second from Knollenberg.
Finance actions were routine: the board approved a list of claims presented as paid in vacation after a motion by Knollenberg and a second by Garlisch; that motion passed by unanimous roll call vote. The meeting adjourned at 9:31 a.m. following a motion by Andrea Thomson, seconded by Adam Sarnes. The board set its next regular meeting for Tuesday, June 9, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at the Mason County Courthouse.
