Council approves consent agenda, reappointments and construction bid authorization unanimously

On March 12 the Ross Town Council approved the consent agenda by recorded motions and unanimous votes. Mayor Pro Tem Elizabeth Robbins moved, and Council Member Teri Dowling seconded, a motion to approve Consent Agenda Items a, b, d, e and f; the motion "carried unanimously (5-0)."
Item c (the 6th Cycle Housing Element Annual Progress Report) was pulled for discussion by Council Member Mathew Salter and, after staff presentation and questions, Mayor Pro Tem Robbins moved and Council Member Bill Kircher seconded to approve Item c; that motion also carried unanimously (5-0). The approved consent items included reappointing Laura Dewar to the Advisory Design Review Group, renewing a 2020 Professional Services Agreement with Stradling Yocca Carlson & Rauth for bond-counsel services, and authorizing the Public Works Director to advertise for bids for the Shady Lane Safe Routes to School Project.
