Council honors retiring town clerk and postmistress

The mayor cited Serrano’s supervision of four clerks and daily handling of roughly 3,000 pieces of mail and 200 packages, and noted her official Postal Service retirement date as June 30, 2026.
Both honorees and community members attending the meeting were thanked for their public service. The proclamations were expressions of appreciation; no formal council action was required.
