The minutes state the December 3 electronic vote was recorded and attached to the meeting minutes as Resolution 2025/1-4.
The board’s minutes note the ratification but do not include additional contract terms, a contract number, or the vendor’s full scope beyond pool maintenance work; the attached email thread and the minutes are the meeting record of the vote. The board did not hold an in-person special meeting to consider the contract and instead executed the approval by unanimous consent via email.
