City Administrator Kim Rogers notified the board of several maintenance and operations needs ahead of the budget workshop. She said the tractor's air conditioning may require full replacement at an estimated cost of $7,700 if repairs are insufficient.
Kim Rogers also said the office had been closed one Monday because the building lost heat after an electrical issue; a repairman recommended adding another return and vent in the main office. City employees installed a return in the conference room where the previous one had been. The items were raised for inclusion in the budget workshop planning; no procurement or appropriation votes were recorded in the minutes.
