Commission approves minutes, adopts agenda and notes spring conference; next meeting set

At the Jan. 20, 2026 Garfield County Planning Commission meeting the commission approved prior meeting minutes and adopted the agenda for the session. The minutes record that "A motion was made by Brittney Feller to approve the minutes from October 15, 2025." That motion was seconded by Tony Dinges and passed. A subsequent motion by Tony Dinges to adopt the agenda was seconded by Brittney Feller and passed.
Garfield County Planner Kaden Figgins distributed a survey for commission members and announced the Spring American Planning Association conference scheduled April 8–10 at Ruby's Inn; commissioners were invited to attend. The minutes show the next meeting is tentatively scheduled for Feb. 18, 2026. The commission adjourned at 2:27 P.M. after a motion to adjourn by Brittney Feller, seconded by Tony Dinges.
