Board approves environmental contract, stages milk bid, audit engagement and insurance renewals
Summary
The board approved a 2026–2027 Environmental Services Contract with Holland Solutions, authorized solicitation of FY27 milk bids, approved the FY26 audit engagement with Eide Bailly, and renewed workers' compensation, property, liability and cyber insurance.
During the June 22 meeting the Saint Clair Board of Education approved multiple procurement and contract items. The board approved a 2026–2027 Environmental Services Contract with Holland Solutions and authorized the invitation for bids for FY27 milk and related products; both motions carried unanimously.
The board also approved an engagement letter with audit firm Eide Bailly for FY26 audit services and approved renewal of workers' compensation, property, liability and cyber insurance as presented. Each of these motions passed with all members present voting in favor.
Administrators will proceed with contracting, bid solicitation and insurance renewal processing per standard procurement and administrative procedures.
