At first reading the board reviewed Policy 721 (Procurement Policy); the board noted a dollar threshold will be entered for consideration at the second reading scheduled for the July 20, 2026 meeting. No substantive debate or amendments to Policy 714 were recorded during the meeting.
The removal of Policy 701.2 and the Fund Balance revision are administrative policy actions intended to align district governance documents with current practice; the procurement policy will return for final action after the threshold amount is inserted.
