Planning Commission forwards Summers Agricultural Protection Area to county contingent on zoning approval

Commissioner Jed Pugsley explicitly noted the contingency in his motion: approval of the APA depends on the County Commission approving the related AHZ zoning. Commissioner Jared Holmgren seconded the motion and it passed unanimously. The record notes the applicant's interest in preservation and that staff and commissioners encouraged outreach about Agriculture Protection Areas.
