The ordinance on first reading will allow the City to accept and reject bids as needed and move forward with procurement at subsequent meetings.
No vendor name for the successful bid was recorded in the meeting minutes beyond the bid tabulation attachment referenced during the reading. The commission did not take a final award vote at this special session; the ordinance was placed on first reading.
