At the March 22 special meeting of the Lake Ridge Parks and Recreation Association, multiple homeowners used the open forum to raise concerns about financial strain and covenant enforcement. One homeowner asked the board to consider homeowners who were losing jobs; President Ron Yoho said the board appreciated the situation but noted there are "policy constraints that would define the limits of the Board's authority," adding that "Every possible consideration would be made."
Another homeowner reported continuous covenant violations by a particular property previously brought to the board's attention. Yoho responded that the complaint "is being handled under due process procedures by the Covenants Department." Later in the meeting a homeowner asked about the Architectural Review Committee process; Yoho instructed the resident to contact the LRPRA Covenants Department during business hours for answers about ARC procedures.
