Board accepts audits for two fiscal years and acknowledges Form 990 review

Separately, the board acknowledged that members reviewed the Association's IRS Form 990 and noted they were cognizant of its contents. The minutes record acknowledgement but do not record any further action or vote related to the Form 990 beyond acknowledgment.
