Council adopts ordinance authorizing NEORSD billing for local sanitary sewer charges

Councilman Brian Chitester moved to adopt the ordinance; Councilman Chad Gluss seconded. The motion carried on a recorded poll of 7 ayes and 0 nays.
Council also heard that Resolution 52-2025—a separate item authorizing a contract with the Cuyahoga County Board of Health for public health services in 2026–2027—remains at second reading. No new business was introduced before council adjourned at 7:32 p.m.
