Superintendent Tim Collins told the board the track area project remains in the TLC (technical/tenant/landscape control) process and the LTFM project for the high school hallway is planned for approximately one year from now. Collins said the district is currently obtaining bids for crack sealing of the parking lot surface to be completed this summer and that administrators will present recommendations for right-sizing the 2026-2027 budget at the May board meeting.
The minutes record these items as informational reports; no formal motions or funding approvals for these projects were recorded at the April meeting. The projects appear to be at early stages: planning for the track area, a one-year projected timeline for the hallway project, and procurement steps for parking lot maintenance.
