The College of William and Mary Board of Visitors formally recognized the women’s basketball team’s 2025 season during a board luncheon on April 24 and adopted Resolution HC-1 by unanimous voice vote. The resolution celebrated the Tribe’s CAA Championship, the program’s first NCAA Tournament berth, and the team’s First Four victory in Austin, Texas on March 20.
Ms. Laura Keehner Rigas read the resolution in full and moved its adoption; Mr. Kendrick F. Ashton, Jr. seconded. The resolution singled out Coach Erin Dickerson Davis and senior leaders, and the minutes record the Board’s applause and adoption of the resolution. The board delivered a copy of the resolution to Coach Davis and the team.
