The committee approved Change Order Request COR#11 to reroute hydronic piping after Market & Johnson discovered that routing the piping above the security ceiling would not be possible in some areas of the existing building. Nuzum said the team identified a better route through the existing mechanical room to the new structure, and the minutes record no additional cost for this change.
The motion to approve COR#11 was made by J. Ashbach and seconded by N. Gulbranson and carried unanimously. Records show the change addresses existing-building constraints and aims to maintain system function without adding cost to the contract at this time.
