Nuzum said the team identified a better route through the existing mechanical room to the new structure, and the minutes record no additional cost for this change.
The motion to approve COR#11 was made by J. Ashbach and seconded by N. Gulbranson and carried unanimously. Records show the change addresses existing-building constraints and aims to maintain system function without adding cost to the contract at this time.
