RiverStreet broadband project far behind schedule; board questions ARPA funding alignment

Mr. Zody said the 60% milestone was not met and the Board discussed whether the ARPA funds had been dedicated to broadband generally rather than to RiverStreet specifically. No formal enforcement action or new appropriation was recorded at the meeting; staff indicated they will invite RiverStreet to the next EDC meeting to discuss progress.
