Chair noted these are "general categories that we could add in there," and members discussed the tradeoff between permitting innovation and protecting neighboring property owners. Committee member raised that aviation overlays and other codes (for example, building or fire code) may impose limits that the appendix does not capture.
Chair directed members to review Appendix A over the coming month and prepare suggested general business-category additions; the draft would then be sent to city engineering for any required code modifications. There was no formal vote on changes to the appendix at this meeting.
