Finally, Karycki moved to proceed with the preliminary plat for the former airport property subject to the access‑related conditions discussed; Deputy Fire Chief James “Jim” Wilson seconded and the motion carried by unanimous vote.
Chairman John Cooper adjourned the meeting at 10:06 a.m. The minutes list no recorded dissents or abstentions for these votes; further approvals and conditions remain contingent on applicant follow‑up (easement recording, unity of title, and any requested waivers).
