McDonald reported the camper remained on the front yard and connected to utilities.
The board voted unanimously on motions moved and seconded by Jeffrey Fee and Bruce Streger to declare the property in violation and to order compliance within 10 days. The order imposes a fine of $100 per day for 30 days if the owner fails to comply, with a monthly increase and authority to levy up to $250 per day until the property is brought into compliance. Chairman Mark O'Donnell read the Order to the record following the vote.
