Chairperson Ben Stover called the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m.; the motion to approve the agenda was made by Karen Hauser and seconded by Connie Johns and carried with all members in favor.
The consent agenda—moved by Connie Johns and seconded by Sara Quast—included the June 26, 2026 minutes, the bills noted above, and student enrollment items. Treasurer Karen Hauser reviewed the bills before the vote. The recorded membership present for the vote was Ben Stover, Connie Johns, Karen Hauser, Sara Quast and Doug Westphal; Mick Rasmussen was absent. The board noted a $1,000 donation from the St. Clair Fire Department for the St. Clair Days Pageant during the meeting.
The board reconvened after later business and adjourned at 6:40 p.m.; the next regular meeting is scheduled for August 24, 2026, at 6:00 p.m.
