Jason Matthys said he authorized the work to proceed immediately because the corrections needed to be done right away. The approval uses $14,360 of the soil mitigation allowance and leaves an available balance of $35,640.
The committee’s approval allows site work to continue in the west footing area without delay; the civil engineer was not available at the meeting but staff said they would follow up for any additional technical updates.
